
Mike O’Donnell Director
Mike became director of Deans in 1995 after working at PwC (Manchester) and previously studying at Bath University (BSc Business Administration).
Working from home Mike took the company into higher yielding multi let properties and also in the equity markets before bringing Jonathan on board and moving into offices in Wilmslow in 1999.
Since then the main focus has remained with income producing property assets which are now almost exclusively focused on the industrial and leisure sectors with limited equity investment and development.
Mike is very keen cyclist (since Jonathan’s introduction 7 years ago) and is an enthusiastic swimmer. Friends describe him as “obsessive” and “annoying”.

Jonathan Beever Director
Jonathan came on-board in 1999 with a background in construction and asset management Jonathans’ pragmatic and hands-on approach has assisted Mike to seek out opportunities and maximise value by overseeing many refurbishment projects and acquisitions.
Today Jonathan manages the portfolio assisted with the help of Richard and Angela by negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews and on-going improvements to the various properties.
Jonathan prides himself on good landlord/tenant relationships and to providing a good service to the 350 tenants under his responsibility and likes to maintain a personal interest in the very varied businesses that Dean Property Group accommodates.
In his spare time Jonathan enjoys such pursuits as boating, cycling, gardening, tinkering with his vintage tractor, horse and dog activities but generally spending time in his man cave!

Angela Edmunds Office Manager
Angela joined the team in January 2016, where she had previously worked as an office manager for a fostering organisation.
Angela assists Jonathan in the preparation and negotiation of leases and instructing refurbishments across the various investments. Angela has also adopted the role of office manager. She also manages the utilities and rates for the portfolio.
In her spare time, Angela enjoys netball and pub quizzes and has recently started voluntary work with the National Trust.
